I am sorry to hear about the problems you are facing with Leo Trader Pro. Although you did not purchase the EA through my website, I will try to answer your questions as best as I can.
You only get 1 EA even if you purchased both the versions. In fact, I contacted the support regarding the same and got a response within a day. At the time of purchasing, you would have received 2 emails from ClickBank. You have to use the relevant ClickBank receipt number when attaching the EA on chart.
If you have ot received the Clickbank email, you can see the details by going to Order Help link on their website and entering basic information about the transaction.

I dont want to kill your sales, but I purchased (before finding your site) and paid for both EAs and you only get one EA. Their support system sucks. I tried many times to contact them for an error msg i get (apparently i am missing a receipt number – like a serial number on a cd) and their support system does not open tickets.
they dont respond to the emails, they never sent any receipt numbers or anything.
I am really disapointed so expect a lot of disapointed people coming to u if they bought it through ur site.

Please try removing the two files from your metatrader broker directory and copy them again. Make sure you follow the instructions in the help manual.
